HUATAO supply injector used for spunlace non-woven fabric produciton.The core component of the water injector, which generates a high-pressure, concentrated water flow, consists of a hollow beam and a jet plate at the bottom. The hollow beam contains a water inlet channel, while the jet plate, typically a thin rectangular sheet made of stainless steel, is covered with single or double rows of closely spaced holes. To prevent clogging, the jet plate needs to be cleaned after a period of use. Therefore, the design of the jet nozzle must balance good sealing and easy replacement of the jet plate.
